Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped FedEx Standard Overnight unless otherwise specified. All shipments are insured and will be charged to the customer. Returns & Replacements
To return products, please contact us for a RMA number. Following the review and inspection of returned items a return authorization can only be granted by INNOVATIVE ENDOSCOPY COMPONENTS, LLC. Non-Defective returned items are subject to 20% restocking fee. IEC does not accept returns after 3 days for parts that had been ordered in error. Claims for damage or loss must be made in writing (including copy of invoice) within 3 days of invoice date. Cancellation of orders may require a cancellation charge. Approx. 20 % of the item value.

Ordering
To place an order please email (danny@endoscopy.md or info@endoscopy.md) or fax (954-217-8781) your purchase order to us. In accordance with IEC’s ISO policy, verbal orders are not accepted and will not be processed until written order is received. Purchase orders received after 4:00 pm will be shipped on the following business day. Orders totaling less than US$ 200.00 are subject to a service charge of US$ 18.00. IEC does not/never certify any products shipped as sterile and ready for use. All responsibility/liability for cleaning and sterilization remains with the purchasing customer.

Pricing & Payment
We accept the following forms of payment: C.O.D., Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), and Bank wire transfer (contact us for bank details). Approved accounts with Net terms need to pay within agreed time frame. All prices are subject to change without notice (Exchange Rates).
