We at IEC put our customers first. Hence, we adhere to the highest standards of quality in the industry. We strive to provide our customers with products and services which meet and often exceed their expectations. We are committed to constant improvement and in that pursuit have established a Quality Management System(QMS). Our QMS delivers a framework for measuring and thus the ability to improve our products and performance. In 2013 IEC earned its ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 certifications. In October of 2015 IEC successfully upgraded to the ISO 9001:2015 standard and in November 2017 we successfully upgraded to ISO 13485:2016.
We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our quest to reach complete customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout all areas of our business:
- Regular gathering and monitoring of customer feedback
- A customer complaints procedure
- Selection and performance monitoring of suppliers against set criteria
- Training and development for our employees
- Regular audit of our internal processes
- Measurable quality objectives which reflect our business aims
- Regular audit of our internal processes
- Management reviews of audit results, customer feedback and complaints
Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly and are kept in a Quality Manual which is available to all team members.
These policies are posted on the Company Notice Board and can also be found in our company handbook. Though the Managing Director is ultimately responsible for the quality of IEC's work and products, all team members are responsible within their own designated areas to ensure that the highest standards of quality are embeded within every facet of the company.
